By placing an order with Nail Nirvana by Noor, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or ordering.
All nail sets are handmade and customized according to the design, size, and preferences shared by the customer. Due to the handmade nature of the product, minor variations in color, shape, or design may occur.
Orders are confirmed only after advance payment is received. Work begins only once the order is confirmed.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed as each nail set is custom-made specifically for you.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted on press-on nails.
If you receive:
A damaged parcel
Missing or broken items
An unboxing video (from sealed package opening) is mandatory.
After verification, you may be eligible for:
A replacement (same design only), or
A refund (at the artist’s discretion)
⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Nail sets are created strictly based on the sizes shared by the customer.
Please follow the sizing guide carefully.
Nail Nirvana by Noor is not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.
A rough design image may be shared before finalizing.
Up to 5–6 minor changes are allowed.
Additional changes may not be possible due to material or time constraints.
Shipping charges are extra and depend on location
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier services
Tracking details will be shared after dispatch
Courier delays are beyond our control, but parcels will be monitored until delivery.
Orders must be placed 1–2 weeks in advance.
Urgent orders are not accepted, except in rare cases for customers from the same city/state, subject to availability.
Slight color differences may occur due to:
Screen resolution
Lighting
Handmade process
These variations are normal and not considered defects.
Once delivered, Nail Nirvana by Noor is not responsible for damage caused due to:
Improper application
Improper removal
Rough handling or exposure to water/chemicals
Please follow the provided care instructions.
Discounts are offered only when officially announced, usually during festivals or special events.
No additional discounts are provided on request.
Queries are usually responded to within 24–48 working hours.
Please be patient during peak order periods.
Orders placed by individuals under 18 years of age must have parental consent.
Nail Nirvana by Noor reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
The request violates these terms
Communication is inappropriate
The design request is beyond current skill level
